I invite you to this guided movement workshop to explore how we can reconnect with our bodies, release tension, discover new possibilities and create more space within ourselves. We’ll unlock and expand our movement, exploring what’s possible—right here, in this moment.
Simply put, we’re shifting focus from the mind to the body—making room for our bodies to move and feel freely.
Together, we’ll explore how to shift between stillness and motion, letting our bodies express and feel in ways that bring more presence and ease.
This is a guided session where we explore different ways of moving. We aim for a continuous flow, where movement and music become one, taking you wherever your body wants to go.
Note: This is a safe, open space to explore and express yourself without judgment.
