The rooftop terrace at Sentralen

Our rooftop terrace opens for the season on Friday 25th April at 2pm. You will find us right in the centre of Oslo, just off Karl Johans gate. Take the elevator to the 6th floor from the main entrance!

This year, our rooftop terrace opens on Friday, April 25, at 2pm.

This is how you get to the rooftop terrace

Our roof terrace is located on the 6th floor. You can take the elevator from the main entrance, or the stairs all the way up to the top.

Our address is Øvre Slottsgate 3, just off Karl Johans gate. You can take the tram to Øvre Slottsgate, the bus to Wessels Plass or the metro to Stortinget.

On the rooftop terrace you can buy food and drinks

This year we have put together a new drinks menu with tempting drinks, to suit the roof terrace.

In addition, we have small plates and snacks inspired by Hitchhiker Restaurant for sale.

This is how you can reserve a table

Guests can reserve a table during the entire opening hours of the roof terrace.

Our rooftop terrace is warm and atmospheric

You can visit several rooftop terraces in Oslo, but none are like ours! The rooftop terrace is warm and urban, with a view ovre the neighbouring buildings. The cosy atmosphere, with plants, trees, terracotta-colored concrete and plastered walls gives you the feeling that you have taken a trip to New York in the middle of Oslo. In the evening, we turn on the string lights, so that you get an extra big city atmosphere.
