About Sentralen Oslo AS
Sentralen Oslo AS is the operator of the event house Sentralen, on behalf of Sparebankstiftelsen DNB. Sparebankstiftelsen DNB makes contributions for non-profit purposes, and is an independent foundation, with several subsidiaries. The subsidiary Sentralen Oslo AS is the operating company that operates the event house Sentralen. The subsidiary Øvre Slottsgate 3 AS is a real estate company that owns the buildings in Sentralen. Sparebankstiftelsen DNB is the sole owner of Sentralen Oslo AS and Øvre Slottsgate 3 AS. The company Sentralen Oslo AS fulfills part of the purpose of Sparebankstiftelsen. Sentralen is located in the center of Oslo, in Kvadraturen. Sentralen rents out meeting rooms and premises to all businesses, but also has a clear purpose of facilitating cultural production and social innovation. Sentralen is also office space for nearly 400 people who work within the two purposes. The company SoCentral AS sublets office space to social entrepreneurs on two of the floors of Sentralens premises. Sentralen itself rents out office space to cultural producers on two floors. In addition, Sentralen Mat AS rents premises for a café and restaurant, and offers catering and bars throughout the building.

Sentralen Oslo AS, by the General Manager, is the controller of your personal data.

How we use personal data
We only use personal data for the purposes described below.
The personal data is regularly updated.
Sentralen does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose of processing or as required by law for retention.

When booking and planning events
SuperOffice/Private
Sentralen uses the CRM system SuperOffice and the booking system Priava Momentus for booking and production of events and bookings.
SuperOffice Norge AS, and Ungerboeck Systems International, LLC are data processors of the personal data stored in the systems.
Purpose of storing personal data in SuperOffice
- Record and respond to inquiries/enquiries that have come through e-mail, inquiry form and telephone,
- Sending offers for the rental of premises,
- Send booking confirmations and contracts,
- Follow up the customer relationship,
- Understand and improve our services based on feedback from tenants, and contact them if needed for further information and follow-up,
- Carrying out customer service,
- Planning and producing events and bookings,
- Ensure continuity of the customer relationship,
- and that booking and production history can be handed over between employees.
Purpose of storage of personal data Priava
- Plan bookings/events in cooperation with the customer,
- Save timetables,
- Record orders of technique, catering and other related to the event/booking,
- Create food charts/lists of allergies and food preferences, in order to be able to serve the right food,
- Provide ordered services,
- Produce order confirmations/proforma invoices,
- Send invoice basis for rental of premises, catering, technology, staffing and other services to Visma Business,
- Produce anonymized statistics and analysis for business development.
Enquiry Form and Application Form and Tixly
Sentralen uses the Webflow platform for the webpages sentralen.no and programform.sentralen.no, and operates, maintains and develops these websites on its own.
Enquiry form is sent via website.sentralen.no.
The application form is sent to the website.sentralen.no.
Webflow Inc. is the data processor of the personal data submitted via forms on these websites.
The dispatcher uses Tixly as a platform for ticket sales.
Tix EU ehf are data processors of personal data that Sentralen registers in the Platform.
Purpose of storing personal data on sentralen.no — request form
- Record and respond to requests submitted through inquiry form.
The purpose of storing personal data on programform.sentralen.no - program form
- Create user in Tixly with access to the event for which it is organizing:
- Number of tickets sold,
- Anonymized geographic report over ticket buyers.
- Contact organizer to clarify submitted information, correct errors, double check, etc.
- Provide agreed ticket sales services.
- Send email confirmations when tickets are on sale,
- Send sales reports with the number of tickets sold and geographic report of ticket buyers that will be used to invoice ticket revenue, if the customer does not receive it themselves.
GetAccept
Sentralen uses the GetAccept platform for digital signature on contracts.
GetAccept Inc. is the data processor of the personal data recorded on the platform by the Central Authority.

From people who subscribe to newsletters for information about Sentralen
Sentralen uses the SuperOffice CRM system to send information about Sentralen to people whose personal data is stored in SuperOffice, if the person consents to this.

To send relevant information to the person. The categories of information are:
- Information about our rental arrangements with discounted rates,
- News, updates and information,
- Seasonal offers, discounts and exclusive offers,
- Customer Surveys.
How the information is collected
The email address is collected by the person receiving an email when registered in SuperOffice, with a link to a separate email preferences website. The person chooses for himself which emails he wants to receive on this website.
There will be a personal link to the email preferences website in all emails to which the person has consented, where the person reaches that can completely change the preferences.

Surveillance camera in the street
The dispatcher has 10 security cameras that film the sidewalks outside Sentralen, and its own property, such as goods delivery and backyard.

By ticket buyers
The dispatcher uses the ticketing platform Tixly for the sale of tickets. Not all organizers at Sentralen choose to use Tixly as a ticket provider.

Ticket buyers also have the opportunity to consent to newsletters from Sentralen when purchasing tickets through Tixly. This consent can be withdrawn at any time, by clicking on a link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Purpose of storage of personal data
- Process ticket purchases,
- Send booking confirmations and purchased tickets by e-mail,
- To send information and reminders about the event for which tickets have been purchased by email and/or sms,
- To import email addresses that have consented to newsletters into the newsletter platform Make,

How the information is collected
The information is collected by ticket buyers themselves submitting information in the ticket purchase process on the internet. The data is collected both by creating your own profile with your own password, and without creating a profile.
If tickets are sold at the door at the Sentralen, it is Sentralen's employees who record the information based on information provided orally by the ticket buyer.

From people who sign up for newsletters about events at Sentralen
The exchange uses the Make platform to send event newsletters to people who consent to receiving emails. Event newsletters are sent weekly. Newsletters may also contain information about other Sentralen offers.
The data processor for the personal data collected is Make AS.

To send newsletters with information about crowd events and other crowd-directed, and visitor-directed information through the platform Make. The information may be about events, catering offers and news adapted to private individuals and audiences.
How the information is collected
The information is collected in two ways:
1. The email address is collected by entering your email address into the sign-up field and clicking “Sign me up”. Then you agree to receive newsletters from us. It is voluntary to provide your email address for this purpose. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on a link at the bottom of the emails that you receive. The email address is not shared with a third party/others.

2. By signing off to agree to receive newsletters when you purchase a ticket on the Tixly ticketing platform.
Your consent to receive newsletters can only be used for this specific purpose.

From people visiting to tenants of offices at Sentralen
Sentralen uses the onVisit visitor system for registering visitors. It is voluntary to register your visit to Sentralen. Registration means that the person you are going to visit receives an SMS on their mobile phone informing them that they have received a visit.

In order for visitors to be able to notify that they have arrived to the person they are going to visit.
How the information is collected
The data is collected by you, by registering it yourself in the system.
The information is immediately deleted from the system. The message of the person you are going to visit is stored on their phone, until they themselves decide to delete it. The message contains your name, organization/company name and phone number.

Google Analytics/Web Statistics
Sentralen collects de-identified information about visitors to sentralen.no through the analysis tool Google Analytics. The data processed is de-identified and aggregated. It is not possible to trace the data back to the individual user.

- Create statistics on the number of visits to different pages, how long the visit lasts, which websites users come from and which browsers are used.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we have registered about you and to correct the data if it is incorrect. You also have the right to demand that your data be deleted, that we restrict the type of information we record about you, the right to object to our processing of your personal data and to request that we send you the personal data that we process about you.

Deletion and archiving of personal data
Personal data that we have processed in connection with the booking of premises and the planning of events is stored for 5 years.
Information that we are obliged to preserve under the Bookkeeping Act will be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the requirements of the law.
How we secure your personal data
Sentralen makes security measures of IT structure, and requirements for suppliers and data processors. Sentralen ensures the best possible information security with regard to the processing of personal data.
Disclosure of information to third parties
We will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal data to others unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Apeland AS
Apeland AS is Sentralen's provider of consulting services within marketing and communications. Apeland AS is one of Sentralen's Data Processors. Sentralen's Data Processors process personal data according to the instructions of Sentralen and cannot determine the purpose of the processing, or use your personal data for another purpose.
SentralenMAT AS
Sentralen cooperates with Sentralen Mat AS to provide services agreed with customers who book premises at Sentralen. Sentralen Mat AS provides catering and catering for events at Sentralen.
How long we store personal data
Sentralen does not store personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose of the processing, or for which there is a statutory retention obligation.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
Sentralen will regularly evaluate and amend the Privacy Policy so that it is up to date, easy to understand and in line with the General Data Protection Regulation.
